If your answer is "YES", then the FREE Customer Service Representative Training and Certification Program may be a good fit for you!

The training can help ...

  • improve communication and interpersonal skills
  • teach strategies on how to effectively  handle difficult situations
  • explain the good customer service techniques which include educating consumers on products and services, closing the sale and providing ongoing support
  • enhance your use of technology for customer service positions

Earn industry-recognized Customer Service Certification from the National Retail Foundation, Mental Health First Aid Certification and Medical Terminology Certification.

Underemployed or unemployed individuals seeking more training in order to earn an industry recognized credential in Customer Service.

Class Schedule

Classes are usually held Monday and Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, over a six week period.
