Career Development Programs

Temple University's Lenfest Center for Community Workforce Partnerships and its network of funded partners offer programs and resources to job seekers that provide individualized support along every step of their career pathway. These services include: literacy assessments, adult basic education, connections to high school equivalency programs (i.e. GED, HiSET, Helms Academy), career coaching, Job Readiness Workshops, Employer Spotlights, Job Fairs, career pathway training & credentialing, retention services, professional development, referrals to supportive services and more!

Supportive Services

In addition, we provide specialized services for populations that may experience additional barriers to employment including: opportunity youth, adults without a High School Diploma, individuals with disabilities, English Language Learners (ELL) & immigrants, returning citizens, and veterans.
